Position - Administrative Assistant - Southland Mall

The administrative assistant will be a proactive and extremely organized individual who will provide comprehensive support services while representing the company in a friendly, welcoming manner.

Job Responsibilities

  • General administrative support including data entry & special projects
  • Mall office upkeep and organization
  • Monthly Tenant sales collection and submission for processing sales reports
  • Tenant Account Receivable collection and management
  • Maintain Tenant and Vendor Certificate of Insurance log
  • Collect rent, update check logs, and submit for processing
  • Greet customers, vendors and tenants, answering questions and directing to appropriate departments
  • Code and submit expense invoices for processing and approval
  • Update tenant and vendor emergency contact list
  • Maintain tenant lease files and correspondence
  • Execute tenant construction packages
  • Execute vendor service contracts
  • Draft tenant memos and coordinate distribution
